We do not sell your information and we do not use your medical information for advertising.

• To review your case, reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation or treatment.
• To give you a cost estimate and plan travel for international patients.
• To provide follow-up care after treatment.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Medical reports and health information

Medical reports and health details are seen only by our doctors and the patient-coordination staff who need them to handle your enquiry. Please send only the reports that relate to your current concern.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries sent through our forms are delivered to our clinic email inbox, including any reports you attach, and the contact details are recorded in a secured spreadsheet used by our coordination team. Messages you send on WhatsApp are handled through WhatsApp. These services are provided by third parties (Google, our email provider and WhatsApp) and may store data on servers outside Pakistan.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and medical information for as long as needed to provide your care and to meet medical record-keeping and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete enquiry information that we are not required to keep.

Cookies and analytics
